Data handling summary

Invitation Privacy and Guest Data

This page explains the deployed invitation flow in plain language. The full DigiCard Terms and Conditions remain the authoritative legal document.

Data entered in Customize

The form can contain the selected design, couple and family details, event schedule, venues, RSVP contact, optional gift details and an optional uploaded image. A local browser draft helps preserve the work through login.

Submission and RSVP records

Preview and submitted invitation records are stored by the Invite service. RSVP records can include the guest name, selected response, event title, optional note and submission time.

Authenticated access

Portal invite and RSVP-summary requests are checked against the authenticated account ownership recorded for the submission. Unlinked accounts do not receive another organisation or user invitation data.

Corrections and removal requests

Use the official DigiCard support channel to request correction or removal. Some records may be retained where needed to operate the service, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations, as described in the full terms.

Clear answers

Can another portal account view my RSVP list?

The deployed API checks the authenticated user ID against the submission owner before returning an RSVP summary.

Does DigiCard sell personal data?

The published DigiCard terms state that personal data is not sold.
